Can I stay with the same psychologist for my upcoming sessions?
Yes. We strongly believe in developing psychologist-client relationships and do our best to accommodate you. When you start your treatment with us the same psychologist will treat you for the whole period of treatment. We don’t change your psychologist unless you choose another psychologist.
I do not want to talk on the phone. Do you provide counselling via text?
Which other languages can we talk to a psychologist other than English?
Yes. That can be arranged depending on the availability of the relevant psychologist. For the time being we provide sessions in Urdu, English, Punjabi and Hindi. However, if you really need any other language such as Sindhi, Saraiki, Pashto we can arrange one for you.
What level of confidentiality do you provide to your clients?
What is the fee for a session I have to pay?
The fee per consultation depends on the packages you avail. There are no other fees charged upon completion of the counselling session.

Can I receive a refund if I decide to cancel my consultation?
Yes, you can be refunded the remaining amount after administration charges and the sessions you have already attended.
How do I communicate with my psychologist?
We prefer a video call but it is up to you if you want to choose a voice call. You can be connected by audio and video directly from WhatsApp or phone call. We will send you a confirmation message with the mobile number of the psychologist.

What treatment options are available?
Treatment options include psychotherapy, counselling, group therapy programs and a combination of both as well as CBT and NLP.
If I need to cancel my session, what is the procedure?
You have to inform us about an hour before your session time. If you inform us after session time we will cut 10% from your session payment. If you didn’t cancel the session we will cut 25% from your session payment.
Which time will the psychologist wait for the session?
We will wait for you for 15 mins only and your session will be cancelled and it will also cut 25% from your session payment. You have to recover your fees before your next session.
Will my time be extended if I come late in session?
No, If you come late in session your time will not be extended.
